Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. 24/7 Command Center Operations:

  • Oversee 24x7 command and control center operations, ensuring

seamless functioning of all systems.

  • Monitor real-time operational data, including security systems, alarms,

and incident reports.

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting and communication with relevant

teams to address issues.

  • Monitor and control critical systems, including emergency alerts,

system faults, and security incidents.

2. Incident Monitoring & Management:

  • Monitor and analyze all incoming alarms and incidents, taking prompt

and effective action.

  • Escalate critical issues as per established protocols (within 30

minutes for critical and 1 hour for non-critical issues).

  • Coordinate with internal teams for rapid response to security breaches,

faults, or any other operational emergencies.

  • Track incident status and ensure that appropriate actions are taken by

field teams.

3. CCTV & Security Monitoring:

  • Monitor CCTV systems, identifying and responding to security incidents

or potential threats within the designated timeframe ( 10 minutes).

  • Ensure proper escalation and reporting of security incidents, including

initial ticket generation and L1 RCA (Root Cause Analysis).

  • Follow up with teams to ensure issues are addressed and resolutions

are documented.

4. Operational Reporting & Documentation:

  • Generate and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports,

covering key performance metrics, incidents, and system statuses.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, escalations, resolutions,

and system performance.

  • Ensure backup and recovery processes are followed as per schedule,

maintaining data integrity and availability.

5. Process Adherence & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with operational processes, protocols, and industry

standards.

  • Maintain shift handover procedures to ensure smooth transitions

between team members.

  • Follow up with teams for detailed reports on critical incidents and non-

conformance (e.g., missed events or delays).

  • Minimize breaches, security incidents, or operational downtime by

maintaining system efficiency and proactive monitoring.

6. Team Collaboration & Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams (security, technical,

operational) to ensure timely resolutions of issues.

  • Support the field and technical teams with troubleshooting, incident

management, and operational monitoring.

  • Act as a point of contact for coordinating cross-functional teams in

response to critical incidents or operational disruptions.
