Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible CCTV Monitoring Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring live surveillance footage, identifying unusual activities, reporting incidents, and ensuring the security and safety of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and operate CCTV systems effectively
Keep a close watch on live and recorded surveillance footage
Identify, report, and escalate suspicious activities or incidents
Maintain logs, incident reports, and daily monitoring updates
Ensure proper functioning of all security equipment
Coordinate with the security team when required

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge
Good observation skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in shifts
Strong communication and reporting skills
Prior experience in CCTV monitoring is an advantage
