Job Description

Job Summary:

financial consolidation, and troubleshooting. The role requires expertise in report building, setting up dimensions and hierarchies, as well as handling ETL and UAT tasks. This position demands excellent documentation skills and the ability to communicate both technical and business requirements clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tagetik Expertise: Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Tagetik EPM platform.
  • End-to-End Implementation: Manage full-cycle implementations of CPM/EPM systems, ensuring smooth delivery from initial planning to final rollout.
  • Financial Consolidation: Oversee the financial consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in line with business requirements.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Proactively identify and resolve system issues, providing timely support to ensure business continuity.
  • Report Building & Dimensions Setup: Build, customize, and configure financial reports, set up dimensions, and establish hierarchies to support business needs.
  • ETL & UAT Management: Supervise ETL processes for seamless data integration, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business specifications.
  • Documentation: Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for all system configurations, implementations, and user processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have a strong understanding of the system.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience with EPM tools, especially Tagetik, with a focus on financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance.
  • EPM Implementation: Strong experience in implementing CPM/EPM systems from start to finish, with an emphasis on end-to-end implementation.
  • Financial Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial consolidation processes, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in report building, setting up dimensions and hierarchies, ETL processes, and managing UAT.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to resolving technical issues.
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to produce clear and detailed documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments with a mix of technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with other EPM platforms (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC) is a plus.
  • Certifications related to EPM or Tagetik would be an advantage.
