Description We are seeking a Customer Care Executive (CCE) for our International Process in India. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer experience. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
