Description We are seeking a motivated Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Manage customer queries and provide timely resolutions via various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Assist in the development of customer care policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
