Recruit, engage, and launch
Business Managers (BMs)
Ensure BMs recruit, appoint, and train
Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs)
Conduct regular meetings with BMs & PFAs to update on earning opportunities and enablement tools
Ensure thorough training of BMs & PFAs with support from the training team
Drive the team to meet personal and team business goals
Manage and convert leads allocated from HO via SAMS
Maintain high customer engagement and policy persistency
