Job Description

As a Banquet Sales Executive in a Luxury Hotel, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth for banquet and event spaces. Your main responsibilities will include effectively selling the venue's services, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing the day-to-day operations of the banquet hall, overseeing the team, supervising event setup and execution, handling budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Sales and Marketing: Identify and prospect new clients, follow up on leads, conduct site tours, and present proposals that showcase the venue's features, amenities, and services. - Event Planning and Coordination: Understand client needs, create event proposals, coordinate with other departments, and ensure smooth execution of all event details. - Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and special requests throughout the planning process and event. - Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities and differentiate the venue. - Budgeting and Forecasting: Set sales targets, develop forecasts, manage budgets, track performance, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability. - Financial Management: Create event budgets, negotiate pricing, track expenses, and ensure events meet revenue targets. - Quality Assurance: Monitor events closely to ensure guest satisfaction, address issues promptly, and seek feedback for continuous improvement. - Vendor Management: Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to fulfill client requests and enhance the event experience.
