Catering Officer

Role Overview: As a Crew Services Coordinator at V., your main responsibility will be to achieve the targeted crew victualling rates established with clients and ensure that the victualing service provided meets or exceeds clients" expectations. You will be tasked with providing administered vessels with the necessary catering materials and supportive services to maintain consistent levels of victualing service within budgetary guidelines and client agreements. Additionally, you will need to assist clients and various departments promptly with requested information or supportive services. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare quotations and purchase orders to facilitate procurement of provisions and other stores. - Maintain prompt communication with vessels under service. - Monitor operating budgets and address any reporting issues or overconsumption with the respective vessels in collaboration with the Administration Department. - Ensure the quality of victualing services delivered on board meets or exceeds client and crew expectations. - Liaise with clients to ensure smooth delivery of service. - Implement operating standards, policies, and procedures. - Communicate interoffice issues as necessary. - Assist in controlling activities during incidents or emergencies as per company guidelines. - Fulfill any other duties as required by catering management. Qualification Required: - Good understanding of finance with strong analytical skills. - Proficient in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Accounting systems. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - High personal integrity standards, positive outlook, and self-motivated to develop and succeed. - Proficient in the English language, both written and oral.,
