Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and target potential corporate, industrial, and private clients for catering services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and present customized catering proposals and quotations to clients. Conduct sales visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to close business deals. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track conversion ratios. Operations & Coordination Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for menu planning and execution. Ensure timely communication between client, operations, and production departments. Conduct venue visits, site inspections, and ensure proper setup and service standards. Oversee staff allocation, logistics, and customer satisfaction during events.
