Job Description

Role Overview: Supertails is a revolutionary platform dedicated to providing trustworthy veterinary care, training services, and a one-stop solution for pet food and supplies to support the pet parents community. They are creating a comprehensive ecosystem to meet the needs of pet parents by offering online vet consultations, doorstep delivery of pet supplies, veterinary clinics, and grooming centers. At Supertails, the focus is not only on delivering products but also on building trust, relationships, and promoting a healthier, happier life for pets and their parents. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement new at-home services such as training, diagnostics, and grooming. - Develop and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy including pricing, packaging, training, and launch campaigns. - Conduct post-launch experiments to optimize adoption and economics. - Drive revenue, margins, and contribution for At Home Services (AHS) at the city and category level. - Enhance average order value, repeat/retention rates, and attach-rates for pharmacy, diagnostics, and wellness packages. - Collaborate with Marketing to create targeted acquisition and reactivation campaigns. - Recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality vets, paravets, and groomers. - Establish incentive structures and policies to improve efficiency and retention. - Ensure continuous training, certification, and partner readiness for evolving services. - Enforce SOP adherence for healthcare and operational protocols. - Implement frameworks for quality audits, customer feedback integration, and corrective actions. - Drive efficiency in slot utilization, travel planning, and cost per visit. - Develop playbooks for demand-supply planning at city/cluster levels. - Measure and enhance customer experience metrics using feedback and observations. - Collaborate with Product/Tech, Process Excellence, and Expansion teams to refine processes and launch new features. Qualification Required: - Must be a pet parent with at least 4+ years of experience in category management, growth, or operations roles in service-led platforms. - Proven track record in new service GTM and scaling. - Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and experience in driving efficiency while enhancing customer experience. - Knowledge in supply acquisition, incentive design, or partner lifecycle management is advantageous. - High ownership, structured thinking, and customer-centric approach.
