Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong landlord relationships, address grievances, and ensure long-term satisfaction. Property Acquisition: Identify, assess, and secure new properties through market research, due diligence, and negotiations. Legal and Compliance: Manage property agreements, documentation, and compliance, collaborating with legal teams for smooth execution. Financial Management: Analyze budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability across property portfolios. Strategic Planning: Align property acquisitions with business goals, manage large-scale projects, and drive decisions for high-value deals. Negotiation & Contract Management Lead commercial negotiations with vendors and landowners to secure favorable terms. Draft and manage contracts in coordination with the legal team, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyze cost structures and propose cost-saving opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in property acquisition, portfolio management, or real estate. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Strong understanding of legal processes related to property management and acquisitions. Proven ability to manage big-ticket deals and negotiate with senior stakeholders. Excellent analytical skills with a knack for numbers and financial optimization. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

1. Host Onboarding & Acquisition: Identify and onboard individual car owners and car fleet owners onto the Zoomcar marketplace. Facilitate end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring hosts understand the platform, its benefits, and operational guidelines. Market Outreach & Networking: Build networks across key locations in Bengaluru, including car dealerships and service workshops, local garages, parking spaces, insurance brokers, car rental agencies, petrol pumps, car accessory shops, car wash centers, RWAs and Housing societies, colleges and universities, Corporate office and coworking spaces, property developers. Proactively identify leads through fieldwork, webinars, and strategic partnerships. Follow up with organic online leads who dropped off the onboarding process after one week of inactivity. 2. Target Achievement: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for onboarding car owners and fleet operators as hosts Focus on high-quality acquisitions that align with long-term platform goals. 3. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and update records of outreach and onboarding using CRM tools. Use Tableau and Microsoft Office applications to analyze, report, and improve acquisition strategies. 4. Collaboration & Feedback: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the onboarding process. Provide market feedback to the product and operations teams to enhance the host experience.
