Role Overview: As a Category Lead-EV Field Issues at Hero Motocorp, you will play a crucial role in managing market issues efficiently, reducing warranty claims and costs of electrical & electronics proprietary parts, driving DFMEA/PFMEA practices, resolving base model and aftermarket issues, and ensuring 360-degree customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Market issues efficiently including monitoring & improving Market Response Time and Warranty Management System for EVs - Conduct Market Issue analysis, Root Cause identification, warranty parts analysis, and implement Countermeasures through MP ECN - Ensure speedy resolution of design issues through root cause analysis and countermeasure deployment for new development projects - Reduce Warranty Claims & Cost of Electrical & Electronics Proprietary Parts - Drive DFMEA/PFMEA practice considering market failures & usage conditions, parts durability enhancement, and CTQ identification for quality upgrade - Resolve Base Model@G4/After Market MP/GB issues through gate tracking, event trials, drawing study, and alignment & senior review - Focus on Customer 360-degree satisfaction through warranty, VTQI, faster market issue resolution, social media analytics, software issue resolutions, and digitalization of customer issues - Stay updated with new technology & EV components FI System VCU, MCU, DC-DC, BMS, BCM, etc. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Engineering (Electrical/Instrumentation) - Minimum 5 years of experience in part development in the automobile industry - Good technical/hands-on experience on EV parts testing with respect to failure diagnosis Additional Company Details: Hero Motocorp, headquartered in New Delhi, India, is the world's largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters for 22 consecutive years.
