Catalogue Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven ECommerce Catalogue Management Specialist to join our growing Operations team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and responsible for overseeing product listings, ensuring accurate data entry, optimizing product visibility, configuring websites, coordinating with merchants, and ensuring timely website go-live. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Listing & Management Create, update, and maintain product listings for various merchant websites on the SocioShop Platform . Ensure accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing. Upload and manage bulk product data using Excel, CSV files, and content management tools. 2. Content Optimization Write engaging and keyword-rich product descriptions for improved search visibility. Work on product images/banners to ensure consistency with the website's visual design. Upload and edit high-quality product images that meet platform standards. 3. Inventory & Pricing Management Coordinate with merchants to ensure correct and up-to-date inventory and pricing. 4. Troubleshooting Identify and resolve catalogue-related issues such as duplicate listings, missing data, or content errors. 5. Quality Control & Compliance Ensure that all product listings comply with SocioShops SOPs and branding standards. Correct any listing errors, inconsistencies, or missing attributes. 6. Coordination with Internal & External Teams Collaborate with merchants and internal Design & Sales teams for smooth operations. Work with designers to ensure the upload of high-quality product visuals. Liaise with the Growth Marketing team for website updates and offer configurations. 7. Time Management Manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel . Working knowledge of image editing tools like Photoshop or Canva (preferred). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or SEO is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Educational Qualification: BTech/BE (IT or CS) + MBA.
