Cataloging Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Catalog Management:

• Upload, update, and maintain accurate product information (titles, descriptions, attributes, prices, images) across platforms.
• Ensure all listings meet internal quality guidelines and marketplace standards.
• Regularly audit catalog data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.

Content Enhancement:

• Write clear, attractive, and keyword-rich product titles and descriptions.
• Ensure high-quality images, size charts, and product specifications are uploaded for customer clarity.
• Collaborate with creative/content teams to improve visual presentation.

Process & Coordination:

• Work closely with category managers, vendors, and operations teams to gather complete product information.
• Coordinate with the tech/content teams for resolving cataloging-related system issues.
• Support bulk uploads, new launches, and promotional campaign readiness.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Track catalog health metrics (missing attributes, error rates, duplicate listings).
• Generate periodic reports on catalog quality and listing status.
• Provide insights to improve catalog efficiency and enhance customer journey.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1- 3 years of experience in cataloging/product listing, preferably in

  fashion & lifestyle e-commerce

• Strong knowledge of cataloging processes, taxonomy, and marketplace standards.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Good written communication skills for product descriptions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams (category, creative, vendor ops).
