Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Casting Director based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Casting Director will be responsible for1. On boarding of artists with Stars N Celebs,2. Partnering with regional partners to complement our vision3. Inviting artists for our projects and completing the process of audition as per the business model of Stars N Celebs 4. Inviting celebrities 5. Managing relationships 6. Making presentation to colleges to invite aspiring artists

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Casting and understanding of talent scouting processes
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, artists, and production teams
• Familiarity with Acting and Music-related industries to identify and evaluate talent
• Knowledge of Production Management to ensure roles and schedules align with project goals
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Passion for the entertainment and creative industries
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Performing Arts, Media Studies, or related field preferred
• Experience with digital portfolio platforms and casting tools is a plus
