We’re looking for a Casting Coordinator to lead the charge on brand relationships, internal coordination, and all things execution. The Role We’re looking for a smart, resourceful, and people-savvy Casting Coordinator to join our in-house team. You’ll play a key role in sourcing and managing talent for our wide range of projects be it digital films, branded content, or live experiences. This role calls for someone who’s curious, quick on their feet, and confident while interacting with people from all walks of life. What You’ll Do Understand casting needs from creative, production, and client briefs Source and coordinate with actors, models, real people, creators, or specialists Schedule and manage auditions, callbacks, and fittings Maintain talent databases and casting trackers Liaise with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams Assist with contracts, usage rights, and basic negotiation Be on-ground during shoots to manage talent check-ins and flow Ensure smooth coordination and clear communication with all stakeholders Who We’re Looking For Comfortable talking to strangers, networking, and building relationships Extremely organized and responsive someone who can manage chaos without losing clarity Quick learner with a proactive, go-getter mindset Ability to think on your feet and handle last-minute changes Sounds Like You?
