Job Title: Cashier
Location: Hotel Diyanvi, Mysore

Job Summary:

Hotel Diyanvi, Mysore is looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Cashier to handle all financial transactions efficiently while ensuring excellent guest service. The role involves managing payments, issuing receipts, balancing the cash register, and assisting guests with billing-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
Issue bills, receipts, refunds, and change to guests.
Maintain daily cash and transaction records, and reconcile balances.
Assist guests with billing-related queries in a polite and professional manner.
Ensure the cash counter is organized and well-maintained.
Follow hotel policies on cash handling and security procedures.
Report any discrepancies or suspicious activity immediately.
Coordinate with the Front Office and Accounts team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Cashier, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or retail.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
