Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cashier located in Jalandhar. The Cashier will manage financial transactions, including processing customer payments and handling cash, debit/credit transactions, and receipts. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate transaction records, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring operational efficiency at the billing counter. The role also includes collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer service while adhering to the company's policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling cash transactions, credit/debit payments, and operating a Point of Sale (POS) system
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate financial records
• Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Familiarity with jewellery or luxury retail environments is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of financial record management and reconciliation
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in accounting or finance are beneficial
