Role Overview:

We are looking for a Detail-Oriented Cashier to join our retail team. You will be responsible for managing all customer transactions efficiently, while ensuring a warm and professional in-store experience. Familiarity with Genesis POS ERP software is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage retail billing and transactions using Genesis POS ERP system
• Process payments (cash, cards, UPI) and issue accurate receipts
• Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Ensure the billing area is clean, organized, and brand-aligned
• Assist customers with billing-related queries and direct them as needed
• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth customer service flow
• Support gift packaging or stock movement during peak hours
• Report any discrepancies or system issues to the store manager promptly

Qualifications:

• Prior cashier experience (preferred in retail/jewellery/luxury segments)
• Hands-on experience with Genesis POS ERP is mandatory
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in handling payments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy, punctual, and well-presented
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation is an advantage
