Cashier

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our hotel’s finance team. The role involves handling daily cash transactions, guest payments, basic accounting tasks, and maintaining accurate financial records. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome, as training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Handle guest payments through cash, credit cards, UPI, and other payment modes. Maintain daily cash register and update accounting records. Issue receipts, invoices, and maintain proper billing records. Reconcile daily cash collections with the accounts department. Assist with petty cash management and expense tracking. Support the finance team in preparing daily sales and revenue reports. Ensure compliance with hotel policies for cash handling and security. Cooperate with the front office and F&B departments for smooth payment operations. Report any discrepancies or issues immediately to the Accounts Manager. Requirements Qualification: 12Th or graduation Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply. Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles (training provided if fresher). Good numerical and calculation skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, accounting software a plus). Good communication and customer service skills.
