Cash Operations Transformation Product - Vice President

You will be the catalyst transforming visions into market-ready products, navigating complex challenges, ensuring seamless delivery, and driving change initiatives to accelerate innovation. - Coordinate with the Product Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery, standardize impact assessments, identify and escalate blockers, and ensure resource alignment. - Lead design-to-delivery and change-management of new services and enhancements, enforcing the firm's risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements. - Define and implement optimized operating models by mapping current processes, systems, and organizational structures, and pinpointing opportunities to improve customer experience, scalability, and resiliency. - Develop strategic hypotheses and business cases, securing stakeholder buy-in for recommendations. - Drive process and tool enhancements through proactive reengineering, increasing efficiency and resilience. - Provide regular status updates to senior management and business stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in product management or a related domain, with a track record of delivering results. - Hands-on expertise in operational management, change readiness, and product deployment. - Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders to design and implement process improvements using core technology and digital tools. - Strong collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and executives across functions. - Clear, confident communicator at all organizational levels. - Logical, structured problem-solver with disciplined planning and decision-making. - Solid understanding of controls, risk management, and compliance protocols. - Self-starter who independently manages workload and delivers on commitments.
