Cash Operations - Associate

As a Cash Operations Associate in the financial services industry, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in managing and supporting cash management products. You will work with a dynamic team, engage with diverse clients, and drive operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling liquidity products such as deposits, current accounts, and local clearing - Managing vendor relationships and collaborating with banks - Overseeing Cheque Truncation System (CTS) clearing and cash processes, including pickup and delivery - Maintaining risk and controls, engaging in internal and external audits - Building strong stakeholder relationships and effectively communicating To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors Degree - Minimum of 11 years of experience in cash management related roles within banks - Display core leadership attributes such as strong planning/organization, motivation, problem-solving/conflict resolution, analytical, team-building, and interpersonal skills - Prior experience in people management - Ability to understand end-to-end process flow and consider downstream impacts when making decisions - Ability to coordinate and organize work while meeting multiple deadline processes - Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous activities simultaneously - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on improving processes, productivity, culture, and cost - Strong product and process knowledge of cash management products - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage risk and controls effectively Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Masters Degree or Master of Business Administration, which will be an advantage.,
