Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) acquisition through direct and indirect channels.
Lead a team of Assistant Acquisition Managers and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase CASA penetration in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and business partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines during customer onboarding.
Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for the sales team to enhance productivity and product knowledge.
Collaborate with branch operations and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Generate MIS reports and provide insights to senior management on sales performance and customer feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

BFSI/Banking Experience: Currently working as a Sales Manager or in an equivalent role with
3 to 6 years
of experience in CASA or retail banking sales.
Mandatory Min Qualification: Graduation from a UGC recognized university.
Strong understanding of branch banking, retail liabilities, CASA, HNI acquisition, portfolio management, cross selling concepts.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients and internal stakeholders.
Capable of leading a team and working independently.
