The Career Hub Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and effectiveness of Sanofis Career Hub platform. This role provides technical support to users, maintains platform content and resources, and contributes to the continuous improvement of the user experience. The Career Hub Coordinator is a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance employee development. As a Career Hub Coordinator at Sanofi, you will play a key role in supporting our employees career development journeys. With 1-3 years of experience, you'll assist in coordinating career development programs, providing resources to employees, and supporting initiatives that foster internal mobility and career growth. Main Responsibilities: Provide functional support to optimize the Career Hub, ensuring its stability, accessibility, and user-accessibility. Provide support on implementing Career hub global framework for gigs, mentoring and career pathing support in partnership with the Global COE Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Career Hub, providing first-line support to employees and managers experiencing technical platform issues. Troubleshoot problems, provide timely resolutions, and escalate complex issues as needed. Partner and communicate with Talent Acquisition (TA), Talent Management (TM) and Digital teams to ensure alignment of platform materials with current talent initiatives, programs, and resources. Maintain the Career Hub by updating content, postings, tools, and resources relevant to talent development, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging. Manage user access, data security protocols, and ensure compliance with data regulations to protect sensitive employee information. Conduct regular system checks and proactively identify opportunities to improve the user experience of the Career Hub. Analyse system performance, interface error reports, and user feedback (including satisfaction surveys in Gigs and Mentorships) to identify challenges, escalate gaps and develop solutions to enhance platform functionality and usability. Develop test plans and support testing activities (including design workshops with Career Hub users) as required to ensure the smooth implementation of new features, updates, and system enhancements. Generate regular reports and dashboards providing insights into platform performance, user engagement trends, and key metrics to inform continuous improvement initiatives. About You: You have 1-3 years of experience in HR, career services, or a related field You hold a bachelors degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field You have strong technical, analytical and communication skills you're proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with digital platforms. Experience with Workday or Talent Marketplace is an advantage You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation you're passionate about helping others develop their careers. You have basic knowledge of career development theories and practices You have a Data Driven and Problem-solving mind set
