Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor, located in Mumbai. The Career Counselor will be responsible for assisting clients with career decision-making and planning, providing career development and management guidance, and offering student counseling services. The role includes one-on-one counseling sessions, workshops, and presentations to help individuals understand their strengths and weaknesses and develop career goals. The Career Counselor will utilize various assessment tools and provide resources to support clients in their career journeys.

• Career Counseling, Student Counseling skills
• Career Development, Career Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience or certifications in counseling or career guidance is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
