Career Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students about various medical and healthcare courses listed on Docthub.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable academic programs.
• Coordinate with the PPC and social media teams to generate and manage student leads.
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, calls, and admissions in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/conversion targets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in healthcare education and admission procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling, student admissions, or education sales.
• Strong communication and convincing skills;

  fluent in English

• Basic understanding of

  social media and PPC campaigns

• Background in

  medical, healthcare, or life sciences
