Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Academic Guidance: Evaluate prospective students’ profiles to suggest suitable UG/PG programs that align with their long-term ambitions.
• Information Delivery: Provide comprehensive and easy-to-understand details about program content, admission requirements, financial options, and future career prospects.
• Student Engagement: Communicate with students across multiple platforms—phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat—to address queries and offer real-time support.
• Application Assistance: Support students throughout the enrollment lifecycle, from initial inquiry and application submission to final registration and onboarding.
• Relationship Building: Foster trust and build long-term rapport with leads through timely follow-ups and insightful conversations that keep students motivated.
• Data Tracking: Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions using CRM tools to monitor student progress and inform strategic outreach.
• Performance Goals: Collaborate with team members to meet enrollment objectives while ensuring each student’s experience remains personalized and positive.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field; specialization in Education, Psychology, or Communication is advantageous
• Strong communication abilities in English, both verbal and written
• Empathetic, approachable, and able to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic understanding of CRM platforms or lead management software is a plus
• Passionate about education and committed to student success

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
