As a Telecaller & Career Counsellor at WHYTAP, a division of WHY Global Services located in Egmore, Chennai, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals through quality education and career guidance. By meeting and exceeding enrollment targets through converting leads into admissions, you will contribute to the growth and success of our programs. Additionally, your role will involve gathering feedback from students to continuously improve our services and offerings. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any field and have at least 12 years of experience in telecalling or career counseling. Proficiency in English and Tamil communication is essential, along with the ability to use CRM software and MS Office effectively. The role requires a high level of independence as well as the capacity to collaborate within a team environment.
