Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assess student profiles to recommend suitable UG or PG programs aligned with their academic background and career aspirations.
Clearly explain course offerings, admission criteria, financial aid options, and career outcomes to help students make informed decisions.
Communicate with prospective students across multiple channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat to address their queries and provide timely support.
Assist students throughout the application and enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and completeness at every stage.
Build trust and maintain ongoing communication with prospective students through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all student interactions using CRM tools to monitor progress and plan outreach effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Strong English communication skills– both verbal and written
Ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
Prior experience with CRM systems or lead management software is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
