Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Career Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students in selecting the right courses, provide career advice, and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on available courses, career paths, and training opportunities.
• Handle student inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and online leads.
• Assist students in the admission process and maintain proper records.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
• Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to ensure student success.
• Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to institute growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Counselling: 1 year (Preferred)
