Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Career Counselor will be responsible for enrolling students based on number of seats available, and for providing career guidance and support to students, assisting them in career planning, development, and management. Daily tasks include one-on-one counseling sessions, cold calling, sending email and communicstion, organizing career development workshops, maintaining student records, and collaborating with faculty to align career services with academic programs. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and advise students. Qualifications Career Counseling, Student Counseling Career Development, Career Management Excellent Communication skills Empathy and the ability to build rapport with students Experience in the education sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
