Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Bhopal. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling and development services, guiding students in making informed career choices, and managing career-related resources. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with students, understanding their career aspirations, advising on course selections, and conducting workshops and seminars to enhance career management skills. Qualifications Career Counseling and Student Counseling skills Career Development and Career Management skills Excellent Communication skills Ability to work effectively with students and educational institutions Strong interpersonal skills and empathy Experience in educational or career counseling is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field Must be fit for travelling to various schools & colleges for training sessions.
