Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Hyderabad. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career guidance and counseling to clients, assisting with career development and management, and offering student counseling services. The role involves one-on-one sessions, developing personalized career plans, and supporting clients as they navigate their career paths. The Career Counselor will also communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and aspirations, ensuring a supportive and enriching experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team setting
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience in the education or consultancy sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
