Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Patna. The Career Counselor will work directly with students to provide personalized guidance on career planning, development, and management. Responsibilities include assessing students' interests and skills, helping them set realistic goals, and offering tailored career advice. The counselor will facilitate workshops, guide students in preparing for job interviews, and support career-oriented decision-making processes.
