Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Reasi. The Career Counselor will provide guidance and support to students and individuals by conducting career and student counseling, aiding in career development and management, and tailoring advice to individual needs. The position involves designing and executing career-related workshops, identifying career opportunities, and assisting beneficiaries in making informed career decisions. The counselor will also regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of counseling services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling and providing personalized guidance
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to listen, empathize, and convey information clearly
• Ability to develop and implement programs and workshops related to career planning and skill development
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Prior experience working with diverse populations, including youth, women, and marginalized communities, is preferred
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
