Job Title: Digital Lab Coordinator cum trainer Department: Innovation/IT/Education (as applicable) Reports to: Lab Director / IT Manager / Program Manager We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Digital Lab Coordinator cum Trainer , preferably based in Kolkata , to manage and operate our digital lab while also conducting training sessions on emerging digital tools and technologies. The role involves overseeing the setup and maintenance of lab infrastructure—including AR/VR equipment, AI software, 3D printers, and more—ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in coordination with internal teams and external vendors. Alongside lab management, the candidate will be responsible for onboarding users, conducting hands-on training sessions, and providing first-level technical support to students, staff, or researchers. The role also involves preparing user manuals, organizing workshops, and recommending upgrades based on new digital trends. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to facilitate smooth coordination among stakeholders. Applicants should ideally have a background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Prior experience in digital labs, IT coordination, or training is desirable, but freshers with strong technical and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
