Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (education, psychology, or management preferred).-
• 1–3 years of experience in student counseling or the overseas education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of international education systems (Germany/Canada/UK/Australia preferred).
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple leads.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace is a plus.
