Key Responsibilities:

Admissions & Application Processing

• Evaluate and process applications from prospective students in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh for various USA universities and programs.
• Assess academic credentials in alignment with USA admissions criteria (e.g., Application requirements, English language proficiency requirements such as IELTS/DET/PTE/TOEFL).
• Guide applicants through the documentation process, including transcripts, personal statements, recommendation letters, and visa-related materials.
• Must be proficient in student counselling (as required) and possess a thorough understanding of the end-to-end USA student visa process, experience in the B2B segment is a plus.

Student Support & Conversion

• Build strong networks with educational institutions, agents, and counselors
• Assist the University Operations Officer (USA Team) with report preparation, presentation development, marketing activities and other resource-related tasks.
• Provide comprehensive pre-application and post-application support to students and their families.
• Follow up with leads and applicants to maximize conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment.
• Assist with pre-departure briefings and onboarding for admitted students heading to the USA.
