Career Counselor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential students via calls, chats, and email to understand their academic background and career goals.
• Counsel students on suitable UG and PG programs offered through our partner universities.
• Explain admission criteria, application processes, course details, and available support services clearly and accurately.
• Guide students through the enrollment journey—from initial inquiry to final admission.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong conversion rates through consistent communication and relationship building.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 0–2 years in student counseling, academic advising, inside sales, or EdTech admissions.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM tools, and online communication platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
