Responsibilities:- Career Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify skills, interests, values, and aptitudes to help clients understand their strengths and potential. Career Exploration: Provide information on various industries, job roles, and educational programs to help clients explore different options. Career Planning: Develop individualized career plans that align with clients' goals, including setting short-term and long-term objectives. Job Search Support: Assist clients with resume writing, cover letter preparation, interview skills, and networking strategies. Workshops and Counseling: Facilitate group counseling sessions and workshops on career-related topics such as professional development and networking. Staying Updated: Maintain knowledge of job market trends, industry developments, and educational programs to provide informed advice. Collaboration: Work with other professionals in career counseling, human resources, and education to provide comprehensive services.
