Position Title: Career Counselor Department: Student Affairs / Admissions Reports To: Director / Principal / HR Head --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Student Counseling Hotel Management career opportunities (Domestic & International) के बारे में छात्रों को guide करना। Students की interest, skills और aptitude देखकर सही specialization (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Culinary, etc.) suggest करना। Parents को career prospects समझाना। 2. Admissions Support New admissions के लिए counseling करना। Course details, fee structure और placement opportunities clear करना। Admission targets achieve करने में help करना। 3. Workshops & Guidance Programs Resume building, interview preparation और personality development sessions लेना। Career fairs, seminars और industry expert sessions organize करना। 4. Placement Assistance Students को 5-star hotels और hospitality chains में internship व job opportunities के लिए prepare करना। Institute और Hotel Industry के बीच networking strong करना। 5. Student Development Student performance track करना और improvement के लिए guidance देना। Stress management, time management और confidence building sessions करवाना।
