Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Greater Noida near 137 Metro Station. The Career Counselor will provide guidance to students and professionals, helping them identify suitable career paths and opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting career counseling sessions, offering advice on development plans, assisting in career management, and building individual strategies for professional growth. The role also involves fostering clear and supportive communication with students to enable their success.

Qualifications

• Skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management to support individuals in creating and navigating professional pathways.
• Student Counseling skills to provide personalized guidance and recommendations for academic and career decisions.
• Strong Communication skills to build meaningful relationships, ensure clear messaging, and foster trust with clients.
• Proficiency in mentorship and motivational strategies is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Career Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of industry and academic trends is a plus.
