Responsibilities

• Engage with potential students, identify their key pain points and create personalized growth journeys for every student to help them enroll in the course to meet their career objectives.

• Follow up after the enrollments to ensure student satisfaction.

• Stay on top of market trends and participate in brainstorming sessions with the counselling team to come up with new growth strategies.

• Use CRM to track leads and manage pipelines daily tasks.

Qualification Criteria

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.

• Strong Problem solving skills.

• Ability to work within deadlines

Job Types:

• Full-time, Fresher

Salary:

• ₹2,16,000 - ₹3,00,000 per year

Day range:

• Monday to Friday (Onsite)
• Saturday (Work From Home)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Delhi, reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
