About the Role:

Campus Updates is looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Career Counselor to guide MBA/PGDM aspirants through their admission journey. The role involves counseling students, managing leads, collaborating with B-Schools, and ensuring a smooth application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on MBA/PGDM programs and help them choose the right college.
• Engage with potential candidates through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with B-Schools and partner institutions.
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives to attract prospective students.
• Assist students with applications, documentation, and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate student data and track progress using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and a student-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
