Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Ahmedabad. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling, development, and management services to students. Daily tasks include conducting student counseling sessions, helping students with career planning, and providing guidance on career opportunities and necessary skills. The role requires strong communication skills to effectively interact with students and understand their career aspirations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Career Counseling and Student Counseling
• Experience in Career Development and Career Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Previous experience in the educational field is a plus
