As a Sales Executive / Business Development Associate at Unikite (Public Speaking & Creative Writing Platform), you will play a crucial role in converting leads into clients. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential leads, pitching Unikite's programs effectively, and building strong relationships with prospective clients such as schools and institutions. Additionally, you will be required to achieve a sales target of 25,000 during the 10-day training period. Unikite is an innovative EdTech platform that focuses on enhancing public speaking, creative writing, and communication skills through workshops and tailored programs for students and professionals. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to empower individuals to communicate confidently and creatively. This role begins with a one-month online period, followed by offline work from the second month onwards. Successful completion of the 10-day training period and meeting the sales target are essential for continued employment. In the first month (online), you will receive a salary of 10,000, which will increase to 15,000 from the second month onwards upon achieving the initial target.
