Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to ensure smooth delivery of counselling and application support services.
  
• Conduct course shortlisting for students based on their academic background, career goals, and eligibility.
  
• Evaluate student applications thoroughly in line with academic qualifications and university criteria.
  
• Demonstrate hands-on experience and strong understanding of

  Australia study visas

  and related admission processes.
• Guide students throughout the admission journey by addressing queries and ensuring clarity regarding requirements.
  
• Coordinate with clients to collect required documents, verify authenticity, and prepare well-organized applicant files.
  
• Communicate entry requirements, prerequisites, and documentation guidelines for global colleges and universities.
  
• Stay updated on international university guidelines, admission processes, and program requirements.
  
• Follow up regularly with universities/colleges to track application status and provide timely updates to students.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably within the overseas education industry.

• Leadership: Proven track record in leading and managing teams to achieve business goals.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student needs to inform business strategies.
