Career Counsellor ( HR/ Marketing/ Finance/ Any Stream )

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Outreach and Engagement

• Conduct and assist in outreach activities organized by Admissionshala.com Pvt. Ltd.
• Provide comprehensive information about admission procedures, courses, and career options.
• Foster strong relationships with students and parents.
• Career Guidance and Counselling .

2. Offer personalized career counselling sessions to help students identify their interests,
aptitudes, and goals.

• Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and institutions.
• Provide guidance for SOP writing, GD & PI preparation

3. Assist students with the application and admissions process.

• Assist, review and evaluate the application process for the student.
• Provide guidance on institute specific student schemes

4. Data Tracking and Analysis

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and outcomes.
• Analyse data to identify trends and improve counselling services.

Qualification:-

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• Proven experience in student counseling or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Passion for education and mentoring.
• Knowledge of educational institutions and career trends.
• Proficiency in using technology for student outreach and data management.
