Key Responsibilities: Student Outreach and Engagement Conduct and assist in outreach activities organized by Admissionshala.com Pvt. Ltd. Provide comprehensive information about admission procedures, courses, and career options. Foster strong relationships with students and parents. Career Guidance and Counselling . 2. Offer personalized career counselling sessions to help students identify their interests, aptitudes, and goals. Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and institutions. Provide guidance for SOP writing, GD & PI preparation 3. Assist students with the application and admissions process. Assist, review and evaluate the application process for the student. Provide guidance on institute specific student schemes 4. Data Tracking and Analysis Maintain accurate records of student interactions and outcomes. Analyse data to identify trends and improve counselling services. Things which will make you immediately stand out:- Effective Communication and quick witness. Should be highly energetic and enthusiastic. Must have keen interest in education and mentoring students. Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Should be able to work under stress. Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated. Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field. Proven experience in student counseling or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Passion for education and mentoring. Knowledge of educational institutions and career trends.
