Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for all student/client enquiries via phone or direct interaction
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about courses and potential career paths
Guide clients in setting realistic and personalized career goals
Handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively
Address inquiries, manage complaints, and troubleshoot service-related issues
Research relevant information using available internal tools and resources
Update and maintain detailed records of all client interactions in CRM on a daily basis
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the management team in a timely manner
Identify customer call trends and notify management for appropriate action
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure resolution and maintain engagement
Upsell relevant educational services and products wherever appropriate
Accurately communicate course details and other key information provided by the management team
Support administrative functions linked to leads or references shared by the management
Participate in organization-wide initiatives, campaigns, and events as needed
